International Artists Carillon™ formerly Emerald City Carillon™ is an English Handbell ensemble directed by Mark Andersen, and includes members of Emerald City Ringers™ and other other interested ringers.  Many of the members of International Artists Carillon™ are well-known and accomplished Handbell Soloists and Duos in their own right.
